Melissa Spring

Melissa is a San Francisco native who graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from California College of the Arts. She comes with experience in commercial core and shell projects, as well as tenant improvement projects in San Francisco. She combines her artistic eye with her work experience and has worked on diverse project types ranging from ground-up buildings, breweries, lobby, and office build-outs. At the end of the day, her client’s needs are the top priority, as she believes a collaborative approach is always necessary for a successful project. 

When Melissa’s off the clock, you can find her strolling with her new baby, husband, and Korean rescue pup.  Together, they are always trying out the latest spots to eat and drink in SF!
