Illuminating Connections in a New Cohesive Workplace

Our client sought to revamp its headquarters to better reflect its core values and promote an egalitarian culture. The newly redesigned 120,000 SF headquarters in Redwood Shores prioritizes people, offering a space where employees feel valued and connected.

This four-story transformation eliminated private offices in favor of a flexible, free-address setup, allowing employees to choose their workspace. The office includes diverse settings—private, quiet, and open work areas—all with stunning views. A newly expanded open stair promotes cross-collaboration, while the first floor features a full-service kitchen, servery, and café. Wellness is encouraged with a new fitness center and a versatile EBC and training facility support business growth.

Externally, the building enhances its connection to the community with a photovoltaic canopy for electric vehicle charging and a café deck that enriches dining options. Cantilevered over a lagoon, the building now boasts gangways and a floating dock for social gatherings and kayaking, fully embodying the company’s values and enhancing the employee experience.
